    1800Z refers to 6:00 PM GMT. So the times are as follows:
    Greenwich, England: 6:00 PM (7:00 PM during daylight savings time)
    Annapolis, MD: 1 PM (2 PM) (Eastern time: GMT-5)
    Austin, TX: 12 noon (1 PM) (Central Time: GMT-6)
    San Francisco, CA: 10 AM (11 AM) (Pacific Time: GMT-8)
    Note that the Zulu time designation does NOT change for daylight savings time, which explains the times in parentheses above.
