i have seen men jogging with blue underwear quite frequently, it must be alright.
i don’t think underwear should be required though, im content with just looking away.

How do you know they are his briefs? Lots of shorts look like underwear. There are lots of women’s outerwear that look like underwear, too, so you should be certain before calling any cops.

its legal to jog in shorts that cover less than underwear does so I would think so as long as you’re not falling out of them

didn’t think there was any legality issues no matter what the colour. if he’s not hanging out of them then you’ll just have to put up with it

i don’t think it’s illegal. there was a guy recently in the news jogging in a tong. now he got arrested.
