can i get into UGA?

You probably will get in eventually, you might get deferred from early action and then get in regular decision unless you get your SATs up a little. Anyway, I don’t really think UGA rejects people who take 8 APs and keep a decent GPA along the way. And I just realized the gpa you reported is probably unweighted, so just so you know, UGA adds one point to your GPA for every honors and AP so that will help you out a lot. You might get in early action anyway just because of your grades and the rigor of your courses, definitely give it a try. I honestly think if you can get your SATs into the 1700s then you’re definitely getting in early action. I promise you will get in by regular decision if you get deferred early action though, which you really shouldn’t. I live in georgia and I just graduated high school. Out of my class of 490, 70 people are going to UGA, I’d say at least 120 got in, so I have a pretty good idea of who got into UGA and who didn’t. I got in early action this year but I’m not going. My unweighted gpa was about a 3.5 and I also had 8 APs, but my SAT was really high as well. However my best friend was more like you, about a 3.5 unweighted, 6 aps, her best test score was a 27 ACT and she got in early action. So maybe try ACT as well. Anyway, like I said I’m sure you’ll get in. Best of luck!
Congratulations, you have a very good GPA & SAT score. Since you have already participated in extracurricular activities, it gives you additional points to gain admission into University of Georgia. I know a lot of students that thought they wanted to go to their dream school, but when they got in and went to that school, they were really disappointed. So make sure you want to go to University of Georgia finally. You can get information about the academic requirements here: http://www.unigo.com/university_of_georg...
