I’m Looking For Cool Places To Live In Maryland. A Lot Of People Say Annapolis. Any Advise, Maybe Top 5?
Arraynot found.Lived in Ellicott City in Howard County for 10 years and loved it. It's not an inexpensive place to live but neither is Annapolis which is great as well. What is your definition of cool? A condo or townhome in downtown Baltimore is cool if you can afford it. In reality most of the great places t
o live are highly expensive. If cool is a smaller town with a great little downtown life, than Frederick MD could fit the bill and not be as expensive. But in Baltimore City, Howard County, or the Annapolis area of Arundel County you will pay top dollar for a home or apartment. Montgomery County in MD also encompasses Bethesda, Chevy Chase and Potomac and their proximity to DC makes them a hot spot but again very expensive areas to live in.

Bethesda– most educated city in the country. VERY expensive housing(everone is a lawyer or doctor) but the education is great, and its a very safe place to live. Its about a 10 min. drive into DC. I
