I’d recommend trying to find a nice Italian or French restaurant, because they often have meatless entrees that are delicious.

Annapolis is not a bastion of veg-friendliness, unfortunately, as I found out when trying to find a place to eat before a concert there. You can go to http://www.happycow.net to try to find veg and veg-friendly restaurants. http://www.vegbaltimore.com might have some stuff in Arnold, but I’m not sure. It’s worth a try.
Maryland has several, but I would recommend the Vegetable Garden in Rockville, if it’s within your area.
